Text Box: Welcome to Griffydam Primary School Text Box: The School Garden This year the school took on the project of getting the children interested in gardening. To this end each class was given a square of freshly dug ground. The children helped choose the plants and with the guidance of Mr Rickards and Mrs Haywood planted some seeds straight into ground and some into pots. The children nurtured their vegetables, they also weeded and watered and the results are there for all to see. Take the children to the gardens and you will be surprised by how much they know.
